This course is an introduction to all of the Will to Heal™ Technique’s courses. We recommend that you start with this program before you experience any of the other courses.
This course is for anyone who wants to learn how to hear what their body is telling them. We can all learn how to tune-inward and find our inner resources that will lead us back to health.
Elise has prepared easy to understand medical illustrations that will take you on a journey into the physical structures of your mind-body connection. The course culminates with Andrew taking you on a guided meditation where you’ll apply all of the information you have learned, while in a relaxed, receptive state. By understanding some of the basic physical processes that are at work within your body, you will be able to activate your mind-body connection.
Description
In our modern world, where everything needed to happen yesterday, it’s easy to overlook the importance of knowing ourselves. Our food is fast and our drugs get us back to work the same day we wake up with the flu. If you know this isn’t the way you want to live your life, then tuning into your mind-body connection is an important step for you.
By using detailed and easy to understand images (medical illustrations) you will learn some of the basic principals of the anatomy and physiology of your mind-body connection. Your nervous system, bloodstream, intercellular fluid and electromagnetic energy, act together to form vital pathways that communicate messages between your mind and body and from your body to your mind.
In this course you will:
- Form a new relationship with your body
- Learn how stress is created in your body and how to let it go
- Learn why stress can lead to bigger health problems
- Learn how to activate your body’s natural, internal pharmacy to relieve stress and help you heal
- Learn how your thoughts influence the production of different chemical messengers in your body and how you can change these chemical messengers with your thoughts
At the end of the course, you’ll be guided on a meditation, where you’ll apply all of the information you have learned, while in a relaxed, receptive state.
